Scope

These terms govern the use of the probetlab website and customer portal. The scope and fees of platform services are defined in a separate service agreement.

B2B service

probetlab serves corporate customers (operators) only and does not offer gaming services to end users. The operator is responsible for licensing and regulatory compliance in the jurisdictions it operates in.

Portal accounts

Portal accounts are opened by invitation and are personal. The account owner is responsible for the access granted to their team and for account security.

Intellectual property

The platform, interfaces and documentation belong to probetlab and may not be copied or transferred to third parties outside the scope of the agreement.
